BCast Stainless’ steam jacketed kettles are used to cook meat, soup, sauces, fillings and more. They can be used in a wide variety of industries. The hemispherical bottom, low-pressure steam jacket, and counter-rotating bottom and side scrape agitation allow for gentle, even cooking with no burn on or hot spots. These stainless steel kettles are available in a range of sizes from 100 to 600 gallons, 316L product contact surface, and with stainless steel legs or dump style mounting. The heat exchange jacket for low pressure steam is rated for pressure up to 14.9 psi, or our ASME rated steam jacket is available for high pressure steam.
