A Cold Liquor Tank (CLT) is a vessel that cools brewing water (liquor) to a desired temperature. A cold liquor tank provides consistency year-round as municipal or groundwater temperatures change. The cold liquor tank may also be used as a holding tank for pre-filtered or RO water.
BCast Stainless Cold Liquor Tanks are constructed of 304 Stainless Steel with a low-pressure heat exchange jacket for glycol or chilled water cooling.
