Vilter 60 ton packaged chiller order #D74775 - R22 direct expansion, water-cooled, condenser and compressor have been replaced, consisting of the following: (2) R22 direct connection 4 cylinder compressor units, 1750rpm, 110v controls: (2) 110v cc heaters; 50hp 1750rpm, 3/60/460v motor, (2) 10" x 24" 300# oil separators; 10" x 12' 2 pass shell and tube Freon condenser with design pressure 125psig tube side, 300psig shell side; Freon dehydrator; (2) Nema size 3 50hp 460v furnace starters with Nema 1 enclosure; Nema 1 control panel; 50 gallon surge drum; 110gpm pup with 5hp motor; 5 hp 460v furnace starter; mounted with interconnecting piping and refrigerant on structural steel base.
