New BCast Stainless 500 gallon pressure wall processor - #4 interior and exterior finish, Interior weld striped and polished to 32 RA finish, exterior welds striped and polished to 30-35 RA finish, bridge and cover top, slope bottom, wide bottom sweep agitator with adjustable baffle, Nord 2.0 hp drive @ 38 rpm out put, 2" outlet, 2" inlet, recorder well, double sprayball, (2) side and (1) bottom heat exchange zones, test pressure 70 PSI, rated operating pressure 14.9 PSI, 71" dia x 64" working height, add approx. 18" to working height for bridge and drive, stainless steel legs and bottom, provided with non-code stamped heat transfer jacket for use up to 14.9 PSI - tested at 70 PSI.
